The book also celebrates all those, artisans and artists, who are invited to contribute sincerely to the creation of a shared narrative with the Domaine Leflaive. Hugo Bourny, Michelin-starred chef, is one such figure. Working hand in hand with Brice de La Morandière, the family’s managing director, and Thierry Thévenin, a botanist, forager and ethnobotanist, he has devised eight gastronomic creations.
These dishes have been developed from plant species found near the estate’s vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet and celebrate the beauty of the Burgundian landscape on the plate. Presented prominently at the heart of the book, these unique and refined creations are paired with the estate’s wines.
