Domaine Leflaive - Puligny Montrachet

Ancestral vine stock

In 1580, a Marc Le Flayve lived in Gissey, near Beaune. A parishioner in Demigny, Claude Leflaive, settled in Puligny in 1717. His house, on today's Place du Monument, provided the roof over the heads of ten generations of Leflaives of direct descent, often christened Claude or Joseph. And up to today, all have been linked to the vine and wine. The 2017 vintage will thus mark our third centenary in Puligny. But we're already setting a date with you for this celebration !
